I and my friend’s family went to sports festival for their children at elementary school on the last week end. My friends mother made the deluxe lunch box for everyone. It was so wonderful nest of boxes by traditional Japanese style. This lunch box is our most pleasure in the sports festival.

KARA-AGE

Kara-age is one of most popular favorited meal in Japan. This is the fried chicken but bit different recipe at each family also area. For example at our home town, the chicken thigh soak few hours to the garlic, ginger, soy source, sake, sugar and salt base.
